What are the costs or obligations required for participation?
All programs are free of costs to any family enrolling. We ask that you prioritize attendance and participation in the program or programs to which you’ve successfully received a slot.
If my child has special or health care needs, will they be accommodated?
During registration, be sure to provide all accommodations or care plans needed for your child. Programs will make the necessary accommodations as possible.
How will I know if my child will be provided transportation and food?
Programs vary and it is best to communicate with the program in which you’ve enrolled for further details on transportation and food needs.
If my child is interested in multiple programs may I register for more than one program?
Yes absolutely! Registration for multiple programs is
allowed as long as the programs do not conflict in timing. This is a great
opportunity to have your child be exposed to various themes and opportunities
available.
If I apply for
a seat for one of my children, does that guarantee all of my children will be
enrolled into the same program?
Enrollment is based on availability on a first come,
first serve basis. We encourage parents to enroll all children as soon as
possible.
The program my child is interested in no longer has available active spots, what can I do?
Each program will have a waitlist. We encourage you to still register and put your child on the waitlist, as changes occur rapidly.
How will I be made aware of announcements about my child’s program?
Programs in which your child has successfully received a slot in will provide all necessary information for starting or additional questions.
